Neste trabalho pretende-se aplicar um modelo denominado MOB, cuja metodologia permite a priorização de recursos vulneráveis a derrames de hidrocarbonetos, à costa portuguesa que foi escolhida como zona-piloto. Este modelo foi desenvolvido pela DNV (Det Norske Veritas).
