Taking the OC3 Hywind Spar floating offshore wind turbine as the research object, a Dual-Spar shared mooring platform is formed based on this type of wind turbine. Free attenuation simulations are carried out on the Dual-Spar platform using two methods: co-directional pushing and symmetrical pushing, and the natural periods at six degrees of freedom of Spar1 and Spar2 under the dual platform are obtained. Meanwhile, a dynamic response analysis of the shared mooring platform is carried out. Considering extreme load conditions of wave and current in different incident directions, statistical analysis and power spectral density analysis are carried out on the motion response and mooring line tension changes of the Dual-Spar platform to reveal the response characteristics under the combined action of wave and current. At 0° and 90° incident directions, the motion response of the shared mooring platform is larger. The Power Spectral Density of the mooring line tension is mainly affected by the wave frequency. The larger the angle with the x-axis, the more sensitive the shared mooring line tension is.
