A system describes to simulate and to visualize the followed trajectory and the evolution physicist-chemistry of spots of hydro-carbons in waters of Portuguese Economic Exclusive Zone (EEZ). The information used for the system is organized in a System of Geographic Information that includes the parameters physicist-chemistries of different hydro-carbons and the geo information on winds, chains and undulation. The transport and aging of the spots can operationally be calculated in function of its chemical composition and the meteorological and maritime conditions. While they will not be available data in real time, the system will be able to use average conditions of winds, chains and undulation that keep in the database. The system can still be used to simulate the trajectory of potential spills in different meteorological scenes. A set of simulation of trajectory of spills is presented that occur under different conditions of wind and representative sea disturbance of different months to the long one of the year. It is verified that the trajectory followed for the spot can vary radically in function of the considered meteorological conditions.
