Sobral, J. (2022), “Development of a model to assess total productive maintenance in an industrial facility”, 8th International Conference on Industrial Engineering, 29-30 September, Belgrade, Serbia, pp. 62-65.

The TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) philosophy allows linking the production process with maintenance, aiming to obtain the best performance, and increasing production capacity by reducing downtime, with fewer failures, zero defects, and no accidents. This work presents a which allows for assessing the individual maturity level of the eight TPM pillars, as well as the global maturity level so that organizations can identify the practices that are more developed and those that need greater investment. The model was validated through its application in two different organizations, determining the state of TPM implementation, having obtained consistent and interesting results.
