This study deals with the critical buckling behaviour of vertical webs laser-welded sandwich panels under uniaxial compression, employing analytical analysis. The equivalent single-layer theory approach, utilising first-order shear deformation theory, is applied to examine the bifurcation buckling in web-core sandwich panels, which incorporate unidirectional stiffeners and are made from an isotropic material. Additionally, uncertainties associated with these design parameters are addressed using Monte Carlo simulations, providing a comprehensive understanding of potential variations in optimised parameters. The study concentrates on variability in several parameters, including Young's modulus, the thickness of the webs and faces, the height of the webs, and the spacing between the webs. Furthermore, sensitivity analyses are determined to evaluate the influence of variations in input variables on the overall performance of the panels. These analyses utilise standardised regression coefficients and First Order Second Moment methods to quantify the contribution of each input parameter. These analyses contribute to identifying critical factors influencing buckling behaviour.
