The objective of the project is studying an optimized solution of two moored systems and the calculation of the forces in the moored systems in two floating platforms of wave energy harnessing, especially MO1V1 and MO3V1. The adopting methodology will use a computer program based on a panel method to represent the floaters hydrodynamics. Mooring lines are modeled by a set of segments, each with its own characteristics of stiffness, weight and hydrodynamic damping. The non-linear behavior of the moored lines will be taken into consideration.
