The goal of the project is to improve efficiency, safety, security and environmental protection for waterborne transport in multimodal transport chains by improved Coordination and Integration of Traffic and Logistic Information. Research and development shall be a systematic Approach taking into account systems and routines based on state of the art and best practice to support the objectives and tasks defined for EMSA.
