The strategic objective of the project is to ensure that the European repair and conversion sector is able to improve its share of the world market.
The competitive objective is to combine improvements in safe and environmentally friendly working with improved industry competitiveness relative our global competitors. The practical objective is to develop new methods to work in a safer, more environmentally friendly and competitive manner; coupled with the delivery of the research and development results to the yards in a way that assists and encourages them to take practical advantage of what has been developed.
