This work presents a complete stochastic spectral fatigue analysis of a FPSO that is newly built and planed to operate for a 25 year service life. The FPSO, which is moored, keeps specific heading angles with respect to the waves. The formulation for the assessment of the fatigue of welded steel joints is based on the S-N approach.
