Necessity of knowledge of the specters of the sea disturbance and the lack of information to the probability of occurrences of specters of two peaks is identified to it relatively. One describes the model of theoretical specter with two peaks and its relation with the traditional models of specter with a peak as well as the used criterion to the identification of the two peaks of the specter. The diagrams with the results of the probability of occurrence of the specters of two peaks in the Figueira da Foz, Sines and Faro are presented. The results of the distributions of long stated period are also presented adjusted to the data of the specters of two peaks.
