To register, please download the registration form here. You should complete one registration form for each participant, and return it to the Conference Secretariat by email.

Letter of Invitation
The MARTECH 2022 Conference Secretariat will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any individual requesting it. It is understood that the purpose of such an invitation is to assist potential delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain the necessary travel documents and visas. It is not understood as an undertaking by the MARTECH Conference organisation to waive fees or provide funding. Invitation letters are provided only after the confirmation of payment of the registration fee.
Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the MARTECH Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee, provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat by 17 April 2022. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Additional Costs
Please bear in mind that all bank transfer costs must be supported by Participants and that the amount transferred is the Conference fee plus bank transfer costs. To benefit from the Early Bird Registration, you should take into consideration the deadlines for registration.
