To register, please complete the registration form and submit it to the conference secretariat via the following email address: iccgs2025@163.com.
Letter of Invitation
The ICCGS 2025 Conference Secretariat will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any individual requesting it. It is understood that the purpose of such an invitation is to assist potential delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain the necessary travelling documents and visas. It is not understood as an undertaking of the ICCGS Conference organization to waive fees or provide funding. Please feel free to contact us at ICCGS2025@163.com for advice on invitation letters.
Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the ICCGS 2025 Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee, provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat by 15th August 2023. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
