RENEW 2020 Registration Form

In view of the fact that the University of Lisbon is now planning to start the new academic year with a significant part of classes with physical presence, we continue hoping that it will be possible to hold RENEW2020 with the presence of participants. So,

• The RENEW2020 conference will be held on the dates initially programmed (Lisbon, 12-15 October 2020)
• The book with the papers will be published as planned
• If the evolution of the pandemic is such that a significant number of participants will not be able to travel we will provide facilities for remote presentations of the papers, which will then be projected for the attendees present at the appropriate time slot. The physical presentations will be transmitted by videoconference system and remote interaction periods for questions and comments will be in place

*Fees:
To benefit from a student category it is mandatory to submit a copy of a valid student identification card. You will be asked to show your student identification card at the Conference check-in. Without a proper student identification card, the full registration fee will be charged.

Letter of Invitation
The RENEW 2020 Conference Secretariat will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any individual requesting it. It is understood that the purpose of such an invitation is to assist potential delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain the necessary travelling documents and visas. It is not understood as an undertaking of the Renew Conference organisation to waive fees or provide funding. Invitation letters are provided only after the confirmation of payment of the registration fee.

Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the RENEW Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee, provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat by 15th September 2020. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Additional Costs
Please bear in mind that all bank transfer costs must be supported by Delegates and that the amount transferred is the Conference fee plus bank transfer costs. To benefit from the Early Bird Registration you should take into consideration the deadlines for registration.
